Does your loved one now need more help to live securely and safely than you are able to provide?

Most of our residents come to us needing help with some activities of daily living — they may need reminders to take their medications or they may be a significant fall risk.

What sets Evergreen Place apart is that we provide SUPPORTED Assisted Living, meaning our staff provides support for seniors who, due to cognitive or physical decline, are no longer able to live independently at home.

While we do have licensed nurses on staff, it is important to understand that we are not a skilled nursing facility (nursing home).

We are not able to provide the appropriate level of care for someone who needs two people to assist them to move (2-person lift), is bed ridden, or is prone to wandering away from home without telling anyone.

We are able to accommodate seniors with basic memory care needs and those who have mobility challenges.

Respite care

A short term stay from 7 to 30 days

Evergreen Place is pleased to offer respite care to the community. There are times when families just need a break; or perhaps you are traveling for vacation or a business trip and you don’t want to leave your loved one without care or supervision.

We have private rooms available for up to 30 days with the same services that are available to our full time residents.
