As a nonprofit organization with a long history of service, Evergreen Place makes an effort to accommodate seniors of all financial means.

However, we do expect prospective residents or their families to have the ability to contribute at least two years of fees for care, room and board in order to be accepted.

All resident services and amenities, except optional cable TV and telephone, are included in our monthly resident tuition.
